In the first half of 2024, Sinochem Rubber Machinery Guilin Base has achieved outstanding operating performance through key project research, technological innovation and upgrading, and core indicators such as operating income, total industrial output value, and profit have shown varying degrees of steady growth, achieving the goal of "more than half of the time and more than half of the task", demonstrating the strength of the company's high-quality development.
In terms of the industrialization of new products, Sinochem Rubber Machinery Guilin Base continued to give full play to its advantages in the field of engineering tire equipment, upgraded and optimized 57-63 inch and 57-inch all-steel giant tire forming machines and 188-inch and 212-inch giant tire vulcanizing machines, and successfully put them into production at the customer's site, providing strong support for customers in the competition in the giant tire market. In addition, the 4+1 tread press auxiliary line has also been successfully shipped and will be used with Germany extruders.
In terms of orders, the 122-inch single-mold engineering tire hydraulic vulcanizer won large orders again with the "quick mold change" technology, continuing its competitive advantage in the market. At the same time, the passenger tire curing machine has also accumulated steadily, and has successively obtained orders of 45 inches, 48 inches, 55 inches and other specifications, promoting customer enterprises to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity.
