Ⅰ:The difference between shear mixer and meshing mixer rotor:
Ⅱ:Shear mixer:
The shear mixer mainly forms a high shear force between the top of the rotor edge and the wall of the mixing chamber. The rotor edge makes the mixing material rotate axially and radially, and the mixing compound is broken and dispersed through the gap between the top of the rotor edge and the wall of the mixing chamber.
Ⅲ:Meshing mixer
The rotor of the meshing mixer must be driven by the uniformly connected gear, and the large diameter of one rotor interacts with the small diameter of the relative rotor, which determines that the rotor must run at a uniform speed. There is a convex edge on the rotor of the mixer, and the convex edge is spiral along the rotor to make the mixing material move axially in the mixing chamber. Dispersion mixing is mainly carried out in a small gap between two large and small rotors.
Ⅳ:Comparison of shear mixer and mesh mixer:
1.The mixing efficiency of shear mixer is higher.
2.Shear mixer generates heat quickly and is not easy to discharge.
3. The dispersion effect of shearing mixer mixing is not as good as that of meshing mixer.
4. The unit energy consumption of the shear mixer is lower than that of the meshing mixer.
5. The rubber discharge temperature of shear mixer is lower than that of mesh mixer.
6. Meshing mixer is more sensitive to filling coefficient.
